We are based in Australia and ship nationwide. All items are handcrafted and dispatched with care from our Melbourne studio.

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping
How long does shipping take? We dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
How will my order be packaged? All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Candles are secured with protective padding, and fragile items like acrylic crosses are wrapped individually.
Custom Orders
How far in advance should I order custom items? We recommend placing custom orders at least 3-4 weeks before your event. For busy periods like Easter and Christmas, please allow 4-6 weeks.
Can I request specific colours or designs? Absolutely! We're happy to discuss colour variations, ribbon choices, and personalisation options. Send us an email with your ideas and we'll let you know what's possible.
What information do you need for personalised items? For name embroidery or engraving, please provide the exact spelling including any accents or special characters. For christening items, we typically need the child's name and sometimes the date.
Returns & Care
What is your returns policy? As our items are handcrafted and often personalised, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.
How should I care for my christening candle? Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures as this may affect the wax. Keep the packaging until the day of the ceremony.
