Where I am
I make everything at home in Melbourne and post Australia-wide. I do not post overseas at the moment.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm AEST
- Saturday: 10am to 2pm AEST
- Sunday and public holidays: closed
Orders placed outside those hours are processed on the next working day.

I personalise most of what I make:
- Name embroidery on towels
- Personalised acrylic crosses and hangers
- Candle designs and colours for your ceremony
Custom order quotes take 2 to 3 business days. Send me the exact spelling you want, including any accents, and I will confirm it with you before I start.
Frequently asked questions
Shipping
How long does shipping take? I dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Standard post within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Express is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Not at the moment. Australia only.
How will my order be packaged? Candles are padded so the decoration does not shift in the post. Acrylic crosses and other fragile pieces are wrapped individually.
Custom orders
How far ahead should I order? At least 3 to 4 weeks before the date. Around Easter and Christmas, allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I ask for a colour or design you have not listed? Yes. Send me what you have in mind through the form and I will tell you plainly whether I can do it.
What do you need for personalised items? The exact spelling, with any accents or special characters. For christening items I usually need the child's name and sometimes the date.
Returns and care
What is your returns policy? Because everything is made to order and most of it is personalised, I cannot take returns unless the item arrives damaged or wrong. If that happens, contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
How should I look after my christening candle? Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Heat and cold both affect the wax. Keep the packaging until the day.
